bdgems Terms and Conditions

You must be at least 21 years of age to use the bdgems platform. This service is available only to those aged 21 or above. If incorrect age information is provided at registration, the account will be suspended or terminated and any deposited balance may be forfeited.

Each user may open only one account. bdgems reserves the right to permanently close all accounts and forfeit all balances if multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person.

All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. bdgems may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawal facilities may be restricted until verification is complete.

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (same for all methods).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Deposited funds may only be used through the registered account.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• bdgems reserves the right to hold withdrawals until identity verification is complete.
• For suspicious transactions, we may initiate an additional verification process.

All transactions on the bdgems platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions through third parties are prohibited.

New members at bdgems receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. A 10x wagering requirement applies to the bonus.

• The bonus benefit applies only once per user.
• If multiple accounts claim a bonus from the same IP address or device, those claims will be considered void.
• If bonus conditions are not met, the bonus balance will be deducted at the time of withdrawal.
• bdgems reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• If promotional abuse is detected, the account may be closed and the bonus forfeited.

The bdgems VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback benefit differs at each tier. The Diamond tier offers a maximum weekly cashback of 1.5%. Separate rules apply for changing VIP tiers, and bdgems reserves the right to review them.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure if detected:

• Cheating, collusion, or improper coordination with other players.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Stealing another user's account information or attempting unauthorized access.

bdgems follows a fair play policy. All game outcomes are determined through a neutral and verifiable process. If you have a dispute about a game result, contact our support team — we will review all logs and issue a decision.

If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a disconnection, server error, or other technical reason, bdgems will attempt to refund the bet amount for that round. However, bdgems reserves the right to void incorrect payouts displayed due to a system error.

All content on the bdgems website and platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software — is the exclusive property of bdgems. Reusing, copying, or distributing this content without written permission is prohibited.

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. We use SSL encryption and modern cybersecurity technology to keep your information secure. Your information is not sold to third parties.

7.1 Service Availability

bdgems strives to provide uninterrupted service at all times, but the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances. bdgems bears no liability for compensation during such periods.

7.2 Gambling Risk

Online betting and gaming involve financial risk. Users play entirely at their own risk. bdgems is not responsible for bets lost. Please play responsibly within your means.

7.3 Third-Party Services

Games from third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, Spribe, PG Soft, and others) are available on the bdgems platform. bdgems is not directly responsible for the quality of their services or technical errors, but we will assist in resolving issues.

bdgems may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Suspicion of money laundering or other financial crimes.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• False identity or provision of incorrect information.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please settle any pending withdrawal requests before submitting a request to close your account.
